Licensed Mental Health Counselor
When our most important relationships are in ‘survival mode’, it’s impossible to experience the true health and wholeness we all crave for our lives. I believe that when your relationships are thriving—especially your relationship with yourself and with your partner—somehow your life feels less burdened, more abundant and better set up to do good work in the world. That’s why I am dedicated to being a resource for your relationship on issues that so often prevent couples from experiencing a healthy partnership.
What Do I Specialize In?
I work with individuals and couples who desire more intimacy and trust within their relationship. Sometimes this means they are recovering from something really challenging like infidelity, sexual trauma/addiction/dysfunction or betrayal. Other times, couples simply want to feel more connected and increase their ability to cope with the inevitable ups and downs of relationship. I help clients get intentional about the way they express love, pursue recovery and enjoy life together.
Whether faced with discovery of infidelity, battling unwanted compulsive sexual behaviors or just desperate to fight less, I create an individualized treatment plan for each client that helps bring forth relational repair.
is my style right for you?
My therapeutic style offers compassion, accountability and education, all of which are necessary agents of growth. I give clients a safe space to discuss any issue free of judgement, while also teaching evidence-based practices to overcome those issues.
My style is best suited for clients who are hungry for healing, willing to be honest and desire to live in health, connection and vulnerability. Are you ready to pursue relational, sexual and emotional wellness? Reach out for a free consultation so we can discuss how I can help you best.
