I love to work with people during big or difficult transitions in their relationship, especially in regards to parenting. How do you make sense of your relationship, career, and aspirations while also learning to parent a new child or blend families together? Are you struggling with infertility, pregnancy, or child loss? If so, I would love to meet with you. It is possible to find joy and fulfillment again, despite the complexities of grief, defeat, or struggle you face.

What Do I Specialize In?

It is my privilege and honor to help people create healthy relationships. I enjoy working with couples who know what they want out of their partnership, but are unsure how to get their needs met or foster deeper connection with one another. I help them find a way through stuck spots, transition points, and changes all while promoting the capacity to be seen, heard, felt, and known by one another.

I understand that being a part of a couple is one of the most important, meaningful, and beautiful parts of our human experience. At the same time being in intimate partnership can the most difficult, lonely, and sad experience of life too. It’s the full meal deal, as they say. And in the midst of it all are new opportunities to get more of what you hope for out of your relationship and life. I am here to help you seize these opportunities and create the relationship you long for.

is my style right for you?

My therapeutic style offers compassion, accountability and education, all of which are necessary agents of growth. I give clients a safe space to discuss any issue free of judgement, while also teaching evidence-based practices to overcome those issues.

I view myself as a collaborator in your growth work. My approach fosters a sense of safety within the relationship and the therapy room. Our work will strengthen your capacity for empathy and compassion with self and others while helping partners get individual and collective needs met.

I practice counseling from a theoretically sound, multicultural competent, and trauma informed lens. I am allied in work with all persons.
