I believe conflict can be hard, but it doesn't have to be a deal breaker! If you're tired of fighting, want a deeper connection with your partner, and you're ready to infuse more intimacy and fun into your relationship, I'd love to help you reach your goals!
Or if you're thinking of separating from your partner, but you aren't 100% committed to leaving yet, I'd love to help you both slow things down, understand your options, and make a well-informed decision on how to move forward.
When our most important relationships are in ‘survival mode’, it’s impossible to experience the true health and wholeness we all crave for our lives. I believe that when your relationships are thriving—especially your relationship with yourself and with your partner—somehow your life feels less burdened, more abundant and better set up to do good work in the world. That’s why I am dedicated to being a resource for your relationship on issues that so often prevent couples from experiencing a healthy partnership.
Hi! I’m Jessica, and I love helping couples grow together while they family plan, undergo big life transitions, or heal from the effects of trauma.
Sometimes the changes in life change us. Even changes that we hope, or are told should be joyful can be rife with complicated feelings, a sense of isolation, or disconnection from our partner. I believe within our relationships, and as individuals, we have the built in capacity to grow through life with increased compassion, awareness, and connection with others. Other times we may discover that life events have changed our relationship such that we discover we have moved too far apart.
Whether you are seeking counseling to strengthen your connection as partners, feel locked into seemingly unresolvable conflict patterns, or are looking for help deciding how to move forward separately, in our work together it is possible to find hope.
